windswept

I am home for a couple of days,nice to see family again,i have made a quick card and used the windswept stamp from funkykits,as its so windy today here i thought it was verry apt,hope you like her.i coloured it with dovecraft brushmarkers,used an off cut of pearls and cream satin ribbon.the usual sentiment stamp,the backing papers are from my stash .

i visited a little craft shop too today and bought a lovely snowflake stamp,some ribbon ,cello bags and some dst.i will have to curb my spending on stash from now on ,its getting silly the amount i spend on craft stuff,i guess we crafters are all guilty of that eh.

At Last!!!!!

I have been able to get my hands on a set of miss anya stamps,well not yet but i have ordered them .I have had a couple of anys images from swaps i have made with other crafters from the trimcraft forum.The stamps from the greetings farm are fab,i have been looking for them for a while but they were all sold out now http://www.nutcrafters.co.uk/ have them back in stock so i have them winging their way to join the other set rain /snow /shine i have.So be prepared to see a miss anya fest when they arrive !!!!!!!!!!

I am a big fan of funkykits manga stamps [you would never guess!!!]They are lovely ,easy to colour and i always get a good crisp image from them.I have used cute girly colours the same papers as the doodles card and i like how it turned out.i promise no more manga kids for a while !!!!! honest .

The papers are from k and co sparkly sweet collection,manga kids stamp from funkykits flowers from kaisercraft and my trusty freebee sentiment stamp from do crafts mag.

I have made this little card for a friend who needed a card for a skateboarding fans birthday.

The stamp is from the greetings farm,the papers are from k and co called hopscotch .The sentiment and star stamps were free from various mags all finished off with ribbon and some buttons,hope she likes it !!!

something different

I thought i would try my hand at doodling,it was fun.so i had a go at making a card ,this is made with a free stamp off of craft stamper mag,k and co sparkly sweet papers and a nestie scalloped oval frame.the flowers are just circles that are cut into round the outside and scruffied up,then layered together and secured with a brad,have a go freehand doodling,you dont have to be an artist and its quite effective.

It feels like Winter

The weather is so awful here today it feels like winter,maybe thats why i am making xmas cards,This is a cute card made using the free stamp from last months do crafts mag azine,i used papermania backing papers ,the red scalloped card has been embossed with the snowflake folder from cuttlebug,a pnch created the snowflakes and the sentiment is from trimcraft,hope you like .it

lovely day

Hi ,

i have had a lovely day,went to camarthen craft shopping,not many shops there unfortunately so i only bought a small snowflake punch and a couple of mags,then went visiting friends for an hour,lovely steph and mark who run a holiday park called cross parks in broadmoor near tenby.

Home then to do a quick card and catch up on my pals at trimcraft.

I used the pretty" snowflake " stamp from funkykits ,the little girl is perfect for xmas cards,the papers are from winter wonderland [dovecraft] i think,coloured with dovecraft brush markers and finished with a ribbon and a flower.i havent added a sentiment,i dont think it needs one,may change my mind at a later date and personalise it.

I know its only aug

I know its only august and xmas seems miles away but i fancied making a xmas card today .i was stumped how to get a snow effect on her coat ,so i used a quickie glue pen and seafoam white embossing powder ,i heated til it bubbled and i like the result for a first attempt.,hope you do too.

Hi all ,
well i have had no chance to craft this week ,i have been in work all week,so i have only managed 1 card,i am off tomorrow so hopefully after i have done my stewarding duty at the local craft exhibition i can get to play with my new try me papers from craftie charlies .
pop in tomorrow ,maybe i will have some new cards to have a peep at.

I have used my lovely new "manga" boy stamp from funkykits/sugar nellie range.The papers are from papermania masculine range,and 3 random blue buttons,it was coloured using dovecraft brushmarkers

my favourite cards

i have been a member of the trimcraft forum for 6 months,it is a fantastic ,friendly ,informative and fun site.i have met lovely people on there who are so so helpful,there are challenges set every week,here are some of the cards i have made for sketch challenges set by funkymother every sunday,they are so addictive and a very good way of curing crafters block!!!this lovely stamp is from a range at funkykits called the "manga" kids the image was coloured with dovecraft brush markers and the papers are from papermania rich reds.

I thought i would share with you the card that was published in papercraft essentials mag,the aug edition,i.To say i was thrilled is possibly an understatement,then the sister mag papercraft inspirations chose my gallery as online gallery of thye month for aug,i was over the moon.i hope you like it.
