A card for a Dad

Hi all
Here is a quick decoupaged  card i have made using die cuts and papers from the papermania wellington range...The banner was created using a punch from SU .The letters are made using the TH vintage marker die.

vintage challenge at the digi doodle shop

HI all
It is challenge time at the digi doodle shop and this time the theme is vintage....I have used the fab image of  walking iris[ you can find her here ]to make this gift bag....The papers are from su mocha morning collection,the corners are from marianne d,The flowers are from wild orchid and mulberry crafts and i have edged the lge one with TH distress ink ...in vintage photo ,i also inked the edge of the image with it too.
the image itself was coloured with promarkers and the lush ribbon and gems are from meiflower crafts...the doily is from dovecraft garden party range.

now for something completly different !!

Hi all
 I thought it was time i had a go at making something with grungeboard ...so here is what i have made...a brooch and cuff bracelet to match... i cut a cuff from the grungeboard to fit around my wrist ...about 2 inches wide,i cut out some flowers using the tattered floral die by TH.
.I coloured the grungeboard cuff and flowers with victorian velvet and stormy sky distress inks on both sides of all the pieces and left them to dry...I then stamped over the all the pieces with a script stamp .I punched a small hole in the middle of each flower and then  layered up the flowers securing them with a  metal brad from the vintage range at Stampin Up
Then i glued them on the cuff and brooch back..The cuff fastens with 2 hitch fasteners from TH ...you could also use ribbon to tie the bracelet on.
It made a nice change making these items ...they are so easy and i have had loads of  lovely comments when i wear them

stepper card

Hi all
 I found a load of chipboard embellies in my forgotten stash and made this card using them..I love the bright colour combo of them and think they add a retro feel to the card .The image is  from The paper shelter and  i won her a little while ago in a challenge and i think she is adorable she is called 1920

I coloured with promarkers and added ribbon and pearls from meiflower crafts...The papers were free form a mag as were the chipboard embellies.....The flowers are made using 2 different retro flower  punches.
This card was the first to sell at my craft fair on sat ... it.must have been the bright colours...

LOTV stepper card

Hi all
I am back from my family visits now,....fabulous to see everyone ,but it is lovely to be back with my craft stash
so here is a card i have made using a LOTV image and a stepper card blank from whichcraft.The papers are fro my stash and are so old i cannot remember who made them

Here is an aperture card i made a little while ago for a friend to cheer her up,i used papers from my stash that i have had for a while they are all glittered and embossed...lovely
