Onesie banner

Hi
We have a new addition to the family ....A wonderful New Baby girl called Layla -May..so I thought I would make her mummy and daddy  a cute banner to go over her crib .so here it is.I made the banner using a 4 and a 1/2 x11 inch strip of card folded in half to make the base.i added the leg and neck holes using a 1  and 3/4  in circle punch from SU .To make the arm shape I just cut in an an inch or so  down from the fold at the top and cut up from the leg hole to meet the cut ...I used this triangular piece then as a guide to cut the other side so it was the same...then I just decorated the onsies using my new  Its A  Girl papers from Trimcraft/first edition.The flowers are from wild orchid.The one in the middle which holds the  digi sentiment from sentiments4you has been embossed with the cuttlebug dots folder this was the very first embossing folder I ever bought !!!.The cute pegs are from the  Dovecraft forget me not range.The ribbon and cute buttons are  from meiflower crafts. The tiny cute bows were made using my Craft-Dee BowZ   bow maker

Hi all

Here is a card I have made using a colour I don't normally like much ...red. I used a Sue  Wilson a4 embossing folder called quilted flowers for the back ground.The stamp  I used for the sentiment is from SU. The poppies are a die from memory box.The butterfly is a die from cheery lynn .The die I used to create the pretty edge is one of my new  tonic header dies.The ribbon and gems are from Meiflower crafts and the fab bow was created with my Craft-Dee BowZ  bow maker, the red card has been in my stash for 3 yrs....I don't much like red lol

I am back from my hols now all chilled out and ready to craft again...I miss my crafting while I am away

For my DT project this week I have made this card using papers from First edition /Trimcraft called Bella rose .The square die behind the image  is from sweet Dixie. The image is a stamp from funky kits called Daisy and she is the very first stamp I ever bought years ago. I coloured her with promarkers.The ribbon and gems are from Meiflower Crafts .The lace is from my stash.The banner is made using a tattered lace die.The sentiment stamp was free from a mag.The flower was made using a heartfelt creations Arianna bloom die. the leaves are made using a cheery lyn die.I also used circle and scalloped circle punches.I also used my Craft-Dee BowZ   bow maker to make my bow.

It is challenge time again at Aud's Sentiments ..It is team B'S turn to show you their creations for the second week of the " For The Men In Our Lives Challenge"[make a masculine card]..The sponsor for this week is Doodle pantry. For my project this week I have made this easel card for my best friend and Other Half
I used the darling little bear called Beary cute and you will find him at the doodle pantry store HERE

For my DT project this week I have made this card using The New Graphic 45 8x8 Time to celebrate paper pad and the matching 6x6 patterns and solid time to celebrate paper pad. which I distressed with a TH tool.  The sweet  digi image is from Lacey sunshine  and is called Rory sweet urchin you will find her Here . I coloured her with promarkers.The frame die I used around her is a new one from sweet Dixie. The bow is a die from Sue Wilson . The flowers are hand made using spellbinders and memory box rolled flower dies and time to celebrate papers. The flourishes are made using dies from memory box and the leaves are made using dies from cheery lynn. The buttons are from Meiflower crafts.

Hi all

Here is a gorjuss girl tent card I have made for my daughter in her fave autumnal colours...I know she may be all grown up but she is still my baby  girl lol x..She lives in Carlisle [7hrs away ] and I like to send her a little card every now and again just to say hi....I am on the phone constantly as I miss her so much but its nice to get a just because/hello card now and again through the door isn't it !!I used some of the  gorjuss ultimate e set of  decoupage toppers and papers I have had in my stash for ages. the flower was made using the sue Wilson classic rose die.she has received it now so I am safe to blog it lol!!

Hi all
It has been a while since I made a pop up box card ...I love the dimension this card shape gives and the wow factor it has for the person receiving it...I have used  my new graphic 45 papers [A time to celebrate] for the flowers and the wood effect paper is from  my stash .The flowers are made using  punches from Stampin Up .The sentiment is from a stamp set by paper pretties. The bird and branch is a punch /stamp set also from Stampin Up. which I have had for ages .The gems are from meiflower crafts. the scalloped circle is a spellbinders die.
