Vellum Tea light holders [battery operated obviously !!!!]



Hi all
I have made these vellum tealight holders ...after finding some cheap battery operated tealights in our local pound store...They are so easy to make ...
 I just used stayzon black ink and my trees stamp from a stampscapes scene set and stamped a line of trees along the long side of the a4 piece of  vellum about 6cm up from the bottom and left it to dry ... Then I just scored  the tree stamped  vellum at 7,14,21,28cm this leaves a bit left over to join the sides together .turned it and scored a line about a cm  under the trees .I carefully folded the lines and put the box together adding ribbon around the base and a bow and there you have it .....
Here is what they look like lit but they do look better when they are lit up at night ...

I also made one with a cute carousel horse on it but I coloured the horse in on the reverse of the stamped image so that the stayzon didn't run as I coloured with promarkers....
