Hi all
Here is a pretty set  have made comprising of a card and bottle tag using  the gorgeous new Forget Me Not range by Trimcraft /Dovecraft. This range so pretty and  summery .I have used  the 8x8 papers, raffia ,resin flowers, decoupage pad, gems , die cut sentiments , wooden buttons and I made a matching rosette using a handy tool I had free from a mag this week.The edge punch is from Martha stewart and the die cut circle is made using a tonic verso die

Golden Anniversary card and bag

Hi all
Here is a card and gift bag set I have been asked to make for a couple who are celebrating their Golden wedding anniversary. Clean and simple in gold and white was the brief ...I am not great at clean and simple as I tend to over embellish .
I used a darice 8x8 embossing folder for the background. The  heart die is from sizzix . The ribbons and pearls are from Meiflower crafts. I embossed the SU sentiment with gold metallic wow powder.
The pins are handmade and HERE is my very basic tutorial on how to make them for yourselves
The  blank white gift bag is from papermania .

Teal and white card

Hi all
I have made this card for a friend to give her mum on her birthday ...Her mum's fave colour is teal so I am sure it will fit the bill. I used the fab spotty and striped card from Anna Marie designs. I used the aster die and stamp set from heartfelt creations for the flower and used my cyan promarker  to stamp the flowers and sentiment with as it was the perfect colour match to the card.The swirl dies are from memory box. The ribbon ,buckle slider and gems are from Meiflower crafts. The lace is from my stash . The leaf die is from cheery lynn

Hi all
It is challenge time again at  I ♥ Promarkers  .The theme of this weeks challenge is "Embossing ". There are 2 sponsors this week...

For my DT card this week I have made this  card using a digi stamp from Tiddly inks called Wryn- Sunny day you can find here HERE.The papers are from Nitwits.
I coloured her with promarkers. The cute rolled roses  and leaves are made using dies from Marianne Design .The embossed panel is a folder from cuttlebug .I also used a nestability for the frame and a butterfly sizzlit die from SU. The pearls and ribbon are both from Meiflower crafts . The bow was made using my fab ,trusty Bow maker from CrafDee-Bowz

A card for a dear friend

Hi all
Here is a card I have made for a dear friend ....she loves vintage quirky things so I hope this fits the bill...I used  polka dot and striped cardstock from Anna Marie designs ...the edges were distressed with a TH distress tool and  old paper distress ink. The flowers  which are deep cream not yellow !!are from wild orchid.  The lace and ribbon is from my stash ..The pearls I won in a challenge and  are from flourish with a bling .The foliage die is from joy crafts  the leaves die are from spellbinders and the sentiment is from  a Stamping bella set .I stamped the panel with wording using an indigoblu script stamp

OOh my lovely new dies

Hi All
I bought the Create  and Craft  POTW last week from tonic ,I just loved the intricacy of the dies and the handy die cut sentiments that came in the set ...so here is the first of my makes using just one of the dies....It is a very quick but elegant card to create and I used some pre embossed card I bought from the Cardiff craft show on sat  along with some of my handmade hat pins....My Basic  tutorial for the pins can be found  HERE. The silver ribbon and pearls are from Meiflower crafts

I coloured the image with promarkers and added highlights with Spectrum Noir blendable pencils

 

The edge punch I used is from Martha Stewart .The pretty butterflies were made by using a sizzlit die from Stamping Up It is my fave die as it cuts all the bitterfly layers at once and embosses and cuts with only one pass through the big shot .the papers I have had in my stash for so long I have forgotten where I bought them from!!

The handmade flowers were made using a punch and stamp set from Tonic Studio and some centura pearl card from crafters companion
The gorgeous bow was made using my fabulous Craft-dee Bowz bow maker .It is so easy to use and I reach for it every single  time I need to make a bow for my projects.

forget me not aperture card

Hi all
Here is another quick card made using the gorgeous Forget me not range by Trimcraft /Dovecraft ...I love these pretty summery papers ..I used the raffia, 6x6 papers, The  die cut  decoupage pad ,die cut sentiment ,flowers,  die cut bunting  and a fabric covered brad, the aperture was cut using an SU sizzix die .
