Candle and card gift set

Hi
I must confess that I have only just made a start on my Christmas cards for this year ,I really must get going on them instead of leaving them until last minute as always.Here is my Dt project for Craft-deebowz.
I was inspired to make this little set after receiving the most beautiful wide wired and glittered ribbon in my Mpp pack from the craft-dee bowz boss. It made such beautiful bows using my Craft-dee Bowz bow maker .

The cute digital image is from Pink gem and I coloured her using my new nuvo tonic alcohol

markers.I also paper pieced her collar ,cuffs,boots and hat.The background was created using a music
embossing folder from crafters companion.

The snowflakes are made using spellbinders snowflake dies .

It was quite a quick and easy card to make really ,just some thin matting and layers to add a little detail and that was it

I just made a cuff to wrap around the candle using the same card and elements to match the card ..

steampunk inspired photo album and keepsake box set

Hi all
I have just purchased the whole set of Sue Wilsons Industrial steampunk dies and stamps from SET in Haverfordwest .. Their service and prices are second to none and I wholeheartedly recommend you check their shop out.
This die set was right up my street ,they can of course be purchased singularly but hey ... when something this fab is available who wants to just buy one at a time lol... It was my birthday treat to myself so no guilt is required this time ....
I used a really inexpensive kraft album pre-made from the works at just £3.00 .. bargain .
I used the following sue Wilson industrial chic dies and stamps
frame and tag
corner
butterfly and dragonfly
swirl
steampunk sentiment stamp set
All of these were cut several times from sue Wilson black foundation card and guilded with pebeo guilding wax. The lock and key are also from the works and fitted in perfectly with the theme. The cute press studs are by Tim Holtz .The actual heart shaped mache box was from .... yes you guessed it the works lol it came in a set of three and I used the biggest one.I painted it with black gesso and scratched it here and there then I guilded it with the same wax ...

Mr snowflake

Hi
It is time for another challenge over at Craft-Dee BowZ. The theme is as always "Anything goes with a handmade bow "
For my DT project I have made this cute snowman card using a digital image called Mr Snowflake from the fabulous sponsor for this months challenge Beccys Place. You can Mr Snowflake HERE.I coloured him with a combo of promarkers and copics.

I used spellbinders grande dies to create the large card blank. I used Marianne D poinsettia dies for the flowers and Hobby house gems for the centres.
The stamp set I used for the little tickets is an old one from my stash and I think it was from Lilli of the valley

The beautiful bow was created using ribbons from my MPP pack this month . I used a wide white organza ribbon and a narrow sparkly ribbon too which you can see better here on the close up .I formed the beautiful 4 looped bow using my trusty Bow maker which is my go to bow maker as it forms quick easy single and multi looped bows every time with no effort at all.
