Monochrome Birthday Frame

Hi ALL
I have made this frame using a  12 x12 piece of white card from Anna marie designs and my easy frame making tutorial you can find HERE ...The card quality is superb. The ornate frame, swirls  and butterflies  is cut using a die from tonics new range that  have matching   sentiment . The flowers are made using the new Heartfelt creations Arianna blooms dies and stamp set which I embossed with silver wow powders .The bow is a sizzix die made for SU which I embossed with a silver wow powder and a  background stamp I had free from a mag.  I made the frame stand up by attatching an easel back stand from a sizzix bigz die.The embossing behind the sentiment is made using a darice folder.

  11. This is absolutely stunning! This looks like something I would find in a high-end boutique (not that I can afford to shop at those ;) so I was doubly impressed when I read about how you even made the frame, too! I watched your tutorial for that (thanks for the link) and thought it was a great technique. And this frame couldn't be more lovely! I really like the flowers and how you gave them some bling with the silver embossing powder. I really like how you have the bow at the bottom and think it's incredibly elegant with the embossed silver background. Great use of materials all the way around! This definitely is a beautiful "made from scratch" creation and I'm so glad you shared it with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
