The busiest time of year in a crafter's calendar

For crafters this time of year is the busiest .With orders for Christmas cards and bags and boxes, craft fairs  and even making your own cards and handcrafted gifts for your own family. I only send cards to my immediate family and then  donate to my favorite local cause the money i would have spent on stamps and supplies had i made them . I also donate the cards i have made for  Dt work to a charity shop to do with as they wish . So with that said i find that  good  Quality Christmas card kits are just perfect to be able to make lovely cards quickly and en masse. I have been given a hunkydory craft kit  issue 6  you can find it HERE priced at £12.99  by In2craft to see what i can produce with it. I have never bought a hunkydory xmas kit before and have found with this kit the  quality of the papers and toppers is fab and also the free stamps and embossing folder[ even though they are smaller in scale than i normally use } will be just fine to create those bigger scale projects as well as the small scale ones.
I am going to be showing you over the next couple of days  just what can be made using just the kit ,a little extra card and some ribbon and maybe a couple of embellishments that we can all get easily or even already have in our stash.  There is also a magazine in the kit that gives you a host of ideas that you can make using the kit .
Here is the first of my sets of projects . It is a sweet easel card and matching gift bag . I have used nothing extra except gems and ribbon for this set [and obviously the card blank and bag.]
I think a brand new crafter culd achieve these two projects with no problem at all . I will get a little more technical with other projects i make i just wanted to start you off gently .. these 2 projects took no more than 20 mins from start to finish .
These kits are fab also for when your crafty mojo has disappeared but you want to make something pretty lol. so whats in the kit.. Die cut toppers,an embossing folder and a set of stamps that feature houses trees stars and some sentiments.
The die cut and foiled  toppers are beautiful quality and feature robins, cristmas trees , doves, festive food ,stockings. you also get sentiments cardsock and matching inserts ,
