Girly money wallet

Hi all
I have been making wallets to put monetary gifts in ..I think the ones you buyfrom shops are a bit uninspiring. These are so easy to make and can hold gift cards or money [of the paper variety lol] I have used the absolutely stunning NEW First Edition papers from Trimcraft...First edition papers are such amazing quality with beautiful finishes  like embossing,glitter  and pearlised  that they are really my fave papers to use ,there are 3 new releases this week the other 2 are "its a girl " and "Its a boy" and they are equally as stunning ...I made a hand made rose using a flower punch and added stitching details and pockets on the inside. which I made using the spellbinders labels 1 dies
There are 2 slits also for adding your money/gift card.The sweet buttons are from Meiflower Crafts,.
I also made a male version which you can see below and how fab would that look if you put the guys initials on the front ...I will try that and blog the male version in full tomorrow

It is challenge time again at I ♥ ProMarkers .   Thanks to all of you who entered last weeks challenge , congrats to all the winners and top 3 picks.
I  had wonderful time visiting all your blogs. This  week the theme of the challenge is

For my DT project i have made this card using a gorgeous Stamping Bella stamp and sentiment set. The papers are from Grahic 45 .I paper pieced the clothes and brolly and coloured the rest with promarkers .The banner is a die from memory box.  The edge behind the image is made using an SU punch.The flowers are made using Marianne d dies.The leaves are made using a punch. The lace is from my stash and the satin  ribbon, friends charm  and gems are from Meiflower crafts. The inside of the card was decorated  using the fab Majestix tapestry stamps around the heart-shaped aperture .The  stamped sentiment  on the dangling heart is from Majestix also .The heart shapes where made using Sizzix nesting hearts dies.

Dad's choc bar cover

Hi all

I thought this was a cute INEXPENSIVE  idea for the kids to make and give their Dad's or Grandpa's for fathers day...they could change the jacket to a fishing coat ,golfers coat etc to match the persons hobbies...and pop their fave choc inside ..My Other Halfs fave choc of the moment is wonka so I had to put a golden ticket inside didn't I ..The choccy bar and ticket slide in a pocket behind the shirt collar .The ticket die is brand new and is from the Funfair range by Trimcraft /Helz Cuppleditch..
I used the brand new dovecraft Heritage Press papers  for the cover ..fab aren't they ..The stamp was free with the docrafts mag this month.

Hope you all had a fab weekend...Here is my card for today.I used a cute bugaboo digi image coloured with my promarkers..The butterflies are made using an SU die. The ribbon and gems are from Meiflower crafts . The flourishes are dies from memory box. The edge is a Martha stewart punch. The papers are  from TH. The flowers are from mulberry crafts.

Hi all
I made similar cards to these a while ago in different colours...they went to a local charity shop called Paul sartori who do amazing work with people who are very ill...I enjoyed making them so much and as they have been very popular I have made them some more in darker shades. I have made 6 of each ..I used Indigo blu stamps,The white card has been distressed with TH distress inks,.The blue flowers are from mulberry crafts and the green ones are handmade using a Marianne d die.The ribbons and gems are from Meiflower crafts. I used nesties for the shapes.The swirls are by memeory box

For my DT project i have made this  card using a sweet digi  image called Bashful Betty  from Sherri Baldy. I coloured her using promarkers ..The large flower is made using my new spellbinders sunflower die.The other flowers are from mulberry crafts. The papers are from Trimcraft first edition. The adhesive  pearls, diamante buckle, heart charms  and ribbon are from Meiflower crafts.The hatpins are handmade and you can find my  very basic tutorial here so you can make some for yourselves.
The heart shapes are dies from cheery lynn and the embossing folder is divine swirls from cuttlebug.

Hi all
A while ago I won these stunning images in a challenge ...They are from A day for daisies and I have only just had the spare time to colour them up ...I coloured with promarkers and used papers from the tonic butterfly paper pad.I used a Martha stewart edge punch, x cut  labels dies ,a free embossing folder I had from a mag, a sizzix birdcage and bird die. The flowers are from mulberry crafts. The ribbon and pearls are from Meiflower Crafts .I used my fabulous  craft-deebowz.   tool for making my bow.

Shirt card and gift bag

Hi ALL
I hope you had a peaceful bank holiday weekend...I have been out and about in the sunshine and haven't had much craft time...Here is a little card and gift bag I made a couple of days ago It was very very easy to do.I think it is very effective...The dark blue pearlised  paper is from my local craft shop In House Interiors and Crafts on Milford Haven Marina.The stripey papers are from my stash.The just for you stamp was free with a docrafts mag years ago..I used a white sakura pen to do the faux stitches and the little gift bag was made to match...

Our Best Man

Hi All
Here is a card I made for a friends granddaughter to give the best man at their wedding ...I matched the waistcoat and flower to the actual colours he wore for the wedding ...The wording is computer generated and is exactly how the couple wanted it written...I think it would be great as a prom card too .The papers have been in my stash for over a year ...they are embossed and look like brocade...The buttons and organza ribbon I used on the cravat are both  from Meiflower crafts. I marked the button holes with a gold pen .
