steampunk .....

Hi

It is my turn to show you my project  for the Craft-Dee BowZ challenge blog...The challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ for you this month is as usual:  ANYTHING GOES WITH A HANDMADE BOW.

The theme for the DT this month is  "Steampunk" .I have made this card and gift bag for you using a cute digital image from Stitchy bear BbCakes called steampunk hat .I coloured her with promarkers .The large clock die cut is from Tim Holtz and sizzix.I also used a TH clocks embossing folder.which I have distressed with distress ink.The papers are from Tim Holtz also ..as are the metal embellishments...I have a bit of a Tim Holtz fest going on.!!! 

The Hessian I used for the back panel and gift bag  and the lovely twine ribbon were sent as part of my monthly MPP. I made a cute  draw string gift  bag to match .

The jute/ string  ribbon was turned into a perfect bow using my Craft-Dee BowZ BOW MAKER. This amazing easy to use tool turns out perfect bows every time no matter what size or what type of ribbon or string you use as you can see from the tiny twine bow I made to hang the key from.

Craft-Dee Bowz challenge project

It is time for another challenge over at Craft-Dee Bowz...
WOW THE MONTHS ARE FLYING BY ...The theme of the challenge is as always Anything goes with a handmade bow..The DT have made some amazing projects for your inspiration this month so

For my DT project this month I have made this cute card and tea-light holder .I used Graphic 45 papers from the time to flourish pad. The cute image is a digi from Tiddly inks. I coloured  her with promarkers.The flowers are handmade using stamps and dies from the sunflower collection at heartfelt creations.I used distress inks to colour them.The jar was an old coffee jar I had in my stash so I recycled it to make a candle holder ...perfect for a BBQ table if you put a citronella tea-light candle in it as it keeps the bugs away and looks really pretty if you have a few all lit at nightfall
I used twine and a cute gem
The pretty flower gem ,silver charm and beautiful ribbon were
all from my monthly MPP pack from my CDBZ BOSS ..I used my trusty Craft-Dee BowZ
Bow maker .It is so easy to make perfect bows time after time with this handy portable tool .I would be lost without mine that's for sure !!

Keep Calm and paint !!!!

Hi all
.I have spent the last 7 months renovating my new home and that was the inspiration for this card i have made for my Partner ...He loved the card and did see the funny side of it.The theme the Dt had for their weekly posts over at  Craft-Dee Bowz  was to use a stencil .I just had to use the Tim Holtz alterations brick wall stencil on this card ...it was just perfect .I also used a Dr Digi image called Derek Dunderton which i coloured with promarkers and cut out .The papers are from Prima. The dies i used for the brushes are from a set of tools by Marianne D.The keep calm image was found on pinterest.
I also used the many paint chip samples i have collected to make a cute banner....The string i used was from my stash and i used my  Craft-Dee Bowz bow making tool to create the double looped bow with it..It makes perfect bows time after time in many sizes in minutes.

Craft-Dee BowZ Blog Hop

welcome to the Craft-Dee BowZ August blog hop .The theme this month for the DT is "Babies".I have created this gift set trio to give you some inspiration for your baby projects.I used papers fromTrimcraft first edition baby boy pad for all 3 project.
The candle and box are so easy and very effective,I just decorated the candle using a paper cuff that can be removed so the candle can be lit and the same image that features on all the project.the die i used to cut it out with is from SU.The box was made using a crafters companion twin cupcake box
template.
The frame was made using grey board [2mm thick]. The image and sentiment can be removed so a photo of the new baby can be inserted. I decorated it with organza ribbon and some brads and a fab chipboard embellishment that says lullaby ,which i  heat embossed with wow  true white embossing  powder to match the project.
 The card was made using the same papers,a chipboard embellishment which says new baby [also heat embossed] .The banner die is from memory box.The balloons are made using spellbinder oval dies.The frame around the image is from sweet dixie,. The image was coloured with promarkers.
The gorgeous organza pale green ribbon is from my MPP pack sent to me by Donna and i created the bows from it using my Craft-Dee BowZ BOW MAKING TOOL
 It is my go to bow maker as it is so easy to use and creates perfect bows in seconds every time.

Hi ALL
Here is a cute christmas hanging  bow i  have made using graphic 45 papers  from last years xmas stash and a template for the card shape in pdf format [yes lots of cutting by hand !!!] from sandras scrapshop.The ribbon is from meiflower crafts and i used my Craft-Dee BowZ bow maker to form the bows ...i love this easy to use tool gives perfect bows every time .The image is from tiddly inks and was a free stamp in a mag i had last year which i have coloured with promarkers.I used a marianne d die around the image and flowers from wild orchid.the berries are from ANNA MARIE DESIGNS.The fern leaves are created using a punch
