spring Daisies ... in disguise as sunflowers !!!!

Hi all
Here is my  twisted easel card project for this months Anything goes with a handmade bow over at
The sponsor is Cute as a Button and this little image is certainly that . The prize for the winner is 2 images of the winners choice .

She is called Spring Daisies  but i made the flowers look like sunflowers so a versatile one as they could be any flowers if you change the colours...you can find her HERE

I couloured the image with a mix of promarkers and tonic alcohol markers.

The sunflowers are handmade using  sunflower stamps and dies from Heartfelt creations . added  brown seed beads to the centre of each flower with  a hot glue gun I made a frame around the image using an 8x8 piece of white card  the tutorial on how to make this frame can be found under my header above.

The papers  and sentiment are a digital download from nitwits Sunflower cottage fat quarter  set ...

A little weaving ....

Hi
I am  here with this months project to inspire you to join us in the Craftdeebowz September  challenge where anything goes with a handmade bow .. I have decided to revisit some of my forgotten dies and stamps for this card . I have used the Sue wilson weaving dies t create a pretty background to add a simple stamped and heat embossed sentiment onto . I love this look of card it is very clean and elegant i think ...

The pretty flower was handmade using Sue Wilsons classic rose die to which i added the Sue wilson fern dies and a couple of handmade pins ..and of course a bow made using my Craftdeebows bow maker 

The frame around the woven panel is also a Sue Wilson die set from a while ago . It is called noble rectangle die and has a pretty embossed edge to it.
It was put together using some foam pads for dimension

It is sept 1st ... wow how fast has this year gone !!! That means its time for a new challenge at CraftDeebowZ. The sponsor this month is Fred She Said who will give the lucky winner a $10 gift card to spend in their store

I have used the gorgeous Emma and the cake and you can find her HERE. I coloured her with spectrum noir tri markers. The sentiment was one i had from a magazine ..

I used papers from First Edition Perfect Moments . They are beautifully detailed and some are pearlised and embossed ...The flowers are from Wild Orchid.

The bow was made using my Craftdeebowz bow maker which makes perfect single and multi looped bows every time with ease.You can get one for yourself HERE

Happy Birthday set

Hi .
It is Tracey here with my mid month inspiration project. for CraftdeeBowz 
I have made a pretty box and card combo using Creative Expressions dies for the flowers, for the  main decorative die , for the sentiment ,for the square frames and the embossing detail in the back is also a folder from Creative Expressions.. Sometimes just using die cuts is all you need to make a pretty card . The ribbon was formed into this pretty bow using my CraftDee Bowz bow maker which makes beautiful single or multi looped bows  or tassells every time with no fuss at all.You can get one for yourselves from  CraftdeeBowz

Gnomes.....

Hi all
Here is my  project for  the CrafDeeBowz August challenge where  the theme Anything goes ...
The sponsor this month is Patties Creations.The lucky winner will receive  3 digital images all of which can be found here,

I chose the Party gnomes image you can find it HERE .  i decided to keep it  simple and i have  made a distress ink background which i splattered with water  then blotted with tissue to remove some ink ... I then stamped a tree around the outside and added the 3 gnomes that had been fussy cut out and coloured with spectrum noir trimarkers.and sparkle pens

To finish i added some twine and a wooden button and a cute small double looped bow which was made using my trusty Craftdeebowz bow making tool which makes perfect single and multi looped bows every time with ease ...

Artisan designs sample 4 ...

Hi All
I am proud to say  that the very lovely Pete simpson and Artisan Designs group uk  will be back on Tv ...Hochanda on July 21st at 10am and 2pm with the launch of their brand new Decorative Wordage set 1  stamps, stencils and  stunning silk papers . I am part of the Dt collective and had the pleasure of using these new stamps [ made by Chocolate Baroque so they are the highest quality grey rubber fabulous for all your techniques and projects .]to create some samples for the show.. Here is my 1ST one ( see following posts for the rest ) here are pics of the new launch products also

For this project i used a mdf heart blank from the works,  texture paste and the ltd edition stencil called Delicate Primrose from Artisan design [ see link above for the shop] i added colour to the background with Lindy's sprays.. I used the Artisan designs Nettlebloom stamps for the flowers and leaves which were also embossed  and coloured in the same way as the love stamp .I added a sizzix XL weathered clock die cut and made a glass cabouchon embellishment using a small nettlebloom flower which i cut out and added to a cabouchon back with glossy accents.

For this sample i simply upcycled an old frame using the peace stamp set and created a background paper using distress inks and water .The stamp was embossed  with silver wowo embossing powder and coloured with watercolours.The flower is made using a tonic die set.
